gift voucher terms and conditions

Gift vouchers bought online at milanclothing.com can be used to purchase goods from the website. Vouchers do not have an expiry date.  Please refer to the terms and conditions of use below before purchasing gift vouchers:

1. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, however, purchases of gift vouchers can be cancelled within 7 days under the terms of the distance selling act 2000.
2. Vouchers can only be used once.
3. Gift vouchers can be used as all or part of the payment of a milanclothing order. Certain promotions may not be valid when using gift vouchers. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the individual promotions for more information.
4. If a purchase is made with a gift voucher, and the value of the voucher is more than the cost of the order including postage and VAT where applicable, the remaining balance will be stored in your account as milan credit. You can then use this credit on future purchases. For more information on milan credit, please refer to this page .
5. You can use more than one gift voucher as payment for an order.
6. Milanclothing reserve the right to refuse any gift vouchers codes which are deemed to be fraudulently obtained or used.
7. Gift vouchers may be used in participating branches of milanclothing at the discretion of the store manager .
8. Gift vouchers have a nominal cash value of 0.001p.
9. Milanclothing gift vouchers can only be purchased online, it is not possible to purchase online gift vouchers over the phone.
10. When the gift voucher is bought online, an email containing the voucher code will be sent to the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the code is kept in a safe place and is not stolen or fraudulently used. Stolen or lost gift voucher codes cannot be reissued or refunded after the 7 day cooling off period. If the email containing the code does not arrive, you can request the code over the phone or by emailing support@milanclothing.com .
